To material ongoing projects the King of Morocco Receives Emissary of HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan
HM The King of Morocco Mohammed VI received, on Thursday at the Marrakech royal palace, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority and emissary of HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
The meeting, which follows the visit by HM the King to the Gulf region, touched on many issues of shared interest, mainly promising prospects for economic and social cooperation between the Kingdom and Abu Dhabi.
HM the King reaffirmed the will to reinforce bilateral cooperation ties to match the excellent friendship bonds between the sovereign and his brother HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the UAE.
The Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s representative reiterated to HM the King the Emirate’s readiness and commitment to back Morocco’s development momentum.
The talks turned also on tangible prospects for a new, ambitious initiative to employ Moroccan competences in Abu Dhabi. The new prospects are urged to enrich previous related agreements, shored up by late King Hassan II and late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan in terms of training and employment in the military and security sectors.
This promising initiative, in addition to other platforms of economic exchange, will be studied in the near future by both states’ authorities.
At the end of the audience, attended by Interior Minister Mohand Laenser, HM the King asked the emissary to convey his greetings to his brother, HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the UAE.
