WHO reports more than 4,500 deaths from Ebola

The World Health Organization says there have been 9,216 confirmed or suspected cases of Ebola in the current outbreak.

Cases have been reported by 5 countries in West Africa, as well as the United States and Spain.

The WHO says 4,555 of those people have died, with more than 500 of them dying each week in October.

The deaths were mainly in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
