The General Antonio Indjai, justified the military coup that brought him to overturn, on April 1, Chief of Staff, General Zamora Induta. He explained that General Zamora was leading the country into chaos and managing the military as «his private property”. Antonio Indjai sent a letter to the Justice of Guinea-Bissau to explain his actions, even condemned by the international community, and mainly the Portuguese.
