The King Mohammed VI Visits Moroccan Military Field Hospital In Conakry
Moroccan Sovereign King Mohammed VI, accompanied by Guinean President, Alpha Condé, have paid a visited on Tuesday to the Moroccan military field hospital in Conakry, as part of the long-standing ties between the Moroccan and the Guinean people.
On his arrival to the hospital, the King Mohammed VI was welcomed by the General Abdelaziz Bennani, Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) and Commander of the Southern zone, Minister of Health, El Hussein El Ouardi, Guinean Minister of Health, Remy Lamah, and Colonel Kacimi Hashimi, Chief of the Moroccan medical and surgical hospital.
The Sovereign was also welcomed by the governor of Conakry, the mayor of the commune of Kaloum, and the director of military health services in Guinea.
The Moroccan Monarch was informed of the technical background of the hospital, including its modern facilities, and the high quality services it offers to the Guinean population.
King Mohammed VI accompanied by the Guinean president, visited the various services of the hospital, which has witnessed a record attendance since it was launched.
The hospital, located at the heart of the Guinean capital, offers quality care in various specialties, including cardiology, pulmonology, dermatology, general and plastic surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, and the dentistry and traumatology.
The hospital is endowed with modern equipment and advanced technology for accurate and rapid diagnosis of various diseases.
Supervised by a staff of over 100 people, including doctors, nurses, and a coaching and support team, the hospital has a capacity of forty beds.
